There are two ways to connect the HVAC Pressure Switch. The first one uses a plug connected to the wire. The end of the plug is inserted into the socket A, and the end of the wire is connected to the first and third terminals of the switch. Then connect the 2nd and 4th terminals to socket B, and connect the power supply of the booster pump to socket B. The second method is to disconnect the power supply and connect one end of the power plug to the No. 1 and No. 3 columns of the switch, and then connect the No. 2 and No. 4 columns to the other end of the power cord.

Before installing the HVAC Pressure Switch, you should first check whether each firmware is loose and whether there is any foreign matter in the flow channel of the pump body, so as to avoid inconvenient cleaning after installation. To install the water pump in the vertical or horizontal direction, the flow of water must be consistent with the direction of the arrow mark on the pump body, and the installation position should be as close to the water level as possible. It is recommended to add a valve in front of the pump to facilitate future maintenance. It is also necessary to install a pressure gauge outside the outlet of the pump to allow the pump to work under the rated head and flow conditions to prolong the service life of the pump.
The HVAC Pressure Switch device must be installed in a horizontal or vertical direction in accordance with the instructions, and the water flow must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the pump body, and it must be as close to the lowest water level as possible. It is better to install an extra valve on the inlet pipe of the pump to facilitate future use and maintenance. The motor coil should be equipped with a protector. When a fault occurs and the temperature of the motor is too high, the protector can automatically short-circuit, and it will automatically resume operation after the fault is repaired.
