The paddles attached to the water surface are suspended in the liquid. Once the liquid starts flowing horizontally with the paddle, it deflects, triggering a contact in the microswitch. And a flexible metal bellows is used to separate the microswitch from the liquid. You can adjust the set point.
The paddle flow switch uses the force of the liquid flow to push the paddle to identify the incoming fluid or the movement of the fluid in the pipeline. In terms of no liquid or static liquid, the spring expands and presses the magnet straight down.
The paddle flow switch manufacturer tells you that when flow occurs and the paddle pushes and rises at an upward angle of 20L~30L or more, the paddle's eccentric tries to push the magnet up to drive the reed switch, thus in the connection circuit.
