The working principle of the seal flow switch The filtered cooling water enters the system distribution plate from the inlet, and then enters the flow measurement system. Inside the measurement system, there is a cylindrical float with a white ring and a measuring tube with the same name. The float receives the fluid. The action moves to the left, and when the flow remains constant, the float is at rest. Then the white circle points to a certain flow scale value at this time. Water with a certain flow and pressure enters the shaft seal device through the outlet to cool and lubricate the shaft seal device.
Seal flow switch is widely used in cooling mechanical seals and lubricating seals. Different seal forms correspond to a specific shaft seal water flow value. The opposite flow will not only bring no advantages, but will increase additional water waste.
