Production

Canto Switches absolutely follows the principle of customer oriented during production. For outsourcing parts, we claim for inspection report on each acceptance. Incoming Quality Control staff make careful inspection accordingly.
During whole production, we stick to execute SA8000 and discipline our workers to take on their individual responsibilities.
Full Outgoing Quality Control must be done in daily work with records.
We work together with our firm suppliers, well-trained workers and employees to ensure that every item we sell is produced responsibly.

Technologies

Canto Switches works with some international brands such as OMRON, to keep robust, snap changeover and precise calibration. High vibration stability enables our switches have flawless performance in heavy-duty applications.
Narrow differential switches are available for restarting system in quick response .
We adopt supreme quality bellows, which is a key component of lifetime. 316L stainless steel bellows and wetted parts (adopt laser welding technology) are available, which allows our switches used in harsh applications, such as high temperature, high pressure, acid-corrosion medium and sea water.
Besides, switches with 316L stainless steel bellows and wetted parts are eco-friendly, they can be applied to drinking water purification system.

Application

At its most basic, canto switch acts in a binary fashion, changing state when a pressure, temperature, level or other process variable crosses over some predefined threshold. If the process variable in

question can be allowed to vary in the course of normal operation, a simple mechanical switch linked to an on/off valve or pump can effectively and reliably control the process at hand, keeping a tank from running dry or a temperature from climbing too high.


